After a decade of wishing for a British Racing Green bike with leather accents, my dream finally came true, but I never imagined it in an e-version. It's amazing! My town has so many hills that it took the joy out of riding, & this bike is idyllic, liberating, & fun.
Pros: Quality, shipping with assembly, you can still get a great workout on Level 1, all of the above.
Cons: Same-color accessories sold out with no waitlist, no Bluetooth connectivity/app, no e-code locks like other bikes, & minimal shock resistance when hitting bumps.
Bottom Line: There might not be a basement in the Alamo, but this bike is pure adventure. Tequila!

My classic white Bluejay premiere lite is even better looking in person! Getting it took a while but every time there was a “ hiccup “ Meaghan was there to fix it and keep everything on track. Just waiting for the front rack. It is so much fun to ride! I Love it!!!

I did alot of searching and comparison and I decided on this bike because the color is amazing. I wanted a vintage look and I did nit find anywhere else. I love riding my bike, I take it with me during trips and just ride. It is smooth, lite and easy to ride.My dog enjoys also.❤️❤️

I LOVE my new white Blue Jay Bike. It is just Beautiful !!! Handles so nicely and I’m pleased how smooth the ride is. I was worried about the smaller tires, but it is a smooth ride. Great seat and easy to use. Couldn’t be happier !!!!!!!! Front basket really cute.

I received a call that my bike was ready but then got another call soon after that they were testing out the bike for me and that errors were showing up. They kept it until they were sure it was perfectly safe, which I absolutely appreciated. When I finally went to pick it up, both employees were super helpful in setting the bike up for me and making sure I was comfortable. The bike itself is a dream. It’s gorgeous for one, but also has great mechanics. My bike nerd of a boyfriend was super impressed with my bike. Now, I can enjoy rides with my family and explore town without worry about traffic or stopping to fill up a tank.

I have been researching buying an electric bike for 6 months. Wasn’t sure what I wanted to spend but after looking around for so long this bike is worth every penny! Bluejays thought of everything. The basket, the light, the motor, etc… and it’s so pretty! I’m 5’9 so the large is a perfect fit for me. I also have dog bike seat that fit perfect. Very happy with my purchase and if you’re looking for an e-bike, just buy it. I wish I did sooner.

Megan: Thanks for the help choosing the bikes and getting them set up here in Montana. We were able to fly with our bikes on a trip to Idaho last weekend and had a lot of fun. They fit in the airplane just right!

My husband and I love our new Bluejay Sport. It makes the hill we live on a non issue and with the stylish basket it’s perfect to run to town for quick grocery run or to yoga class. It’s much preferable to having a second car.

I used to enjoy riding my regular bike but then moved to an area with some challenging hills and I’m a bit out of shape so I didn’t feel confident about braving those without help. Here comes my little lavender dream bike to help me tackle hills, long bike rides with the breeze in my hair, no more having to get off and do the walk of shame up the hills because my creaky knees gave up! The pedal assist has restored my confidence and gotten me outside, moving my body in a low impact and enjoyable way. The bike itself is stunningly made. I get so many compliments on it. My control panel looks different from my husband’s, who got the bluejay premier just like me, but in silver. His buttons are a bit different from mine but the functionality isn’t that different…something to be aware of if you get two bikes from here. Do yourself a favor and just get it. I was questioning an expense of this magnitude but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality. These bikes will last for a long time to come. I intend to put many miles on them!

I received my bike a few days ago and I already have received so many compliments on it! And not only is it pretty, but it rides so well! Multiple gears, the motor and levels of assistance, the thickness of the wheels. I haven't ridden a bike in 20 years and yet it made for a super pleasant and easy ride! Love that it comes with the front and rear racks too! Absolutely love my bike!!

The customer service I experienced with blue jay was absolutely phenomenal. Not only is their staff incredibly professional and courteous, but the product is just amazing. I’m so excited to ride my blue jay all summer long!

My new bike is so pretty, I just love it. It was such a joy to come into the Newport store and pick it up. Alejandro had it ready and gave me some lessons on how to work it. It was like buy a new car from a luxury automobile dealership. Now at home, I love riding it and feel comfortable in knowing I have an expert to call if I have any questions.
