Standard Shipping costs

Shipping within the continental United States is a flat rate of $195; shipping to Hawaii & Alaska is $450.

We ship our bicycles almost completely pre-assembled for your convenience, so they travel in large boxes by freight carrier.

How long does it take for my Bluejay bike to arrive?

Bluejay Bikes are shipped from our California warehouse via freight carrier in a single, large box.

It generally takes between 7-14 business days from the date your payment is finalized for your bike to arrive.

Our service partners will contact you when your bike is ready for pickup, if you choose professional bike assembly.

Can I get expedited shipping on my bike?

At this time, no. We do not have the ability to offer expedited shipping. Depending on your proximity to California, delivery takes 7-14 business days.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, Bluejay Electric Bicycles are sold exclusively in the United States, and we do not ship internationally.
