After researching e-bikes i decided I wanted a Bluejay. Meaghan from Bluejay went out of her way to make sure I had the opportunity in CT to try a Bluejay. That sealed the deal. We picked up my bike the week of Christmas. Here in CT it was cold and rainy all week. Finally, when the sun appeared I got the opportunity to ride my bike. It was cold and windy but that didn’t stop me. I loved my bike the minute I took off on the bike trail. The ride was smooth and the bike was comfortable. I am so happy I bought this bike. I cannot wait for a warm day! From start to finish this company has met my standards. The whole process of delivery and set up was great as well. I would recommend this bike to everyone!
They actually called me to tell me that my bike, a gift, would be late but still here before Christmas. I vacillated on basket styles and they were patient and accommodating. I would HIGJKY recommend them! p.s. the bike is so cool, amazing deep paint job, the motor is better than the Shimano motor on my $8k YT mountain bike.
