Looks and works great
They actually called me to tell me that my bike, a gift, would be late but still here before Christmas. I vacillated on basket styles and they were patient and accommodating. I would HIGJKY recommend them! p.s. the bike is so cool, amazing deep paint job, the motor is better than the Shimano motor on my $8k YT mountain bike.

I absolutely love my blue jay cruiser! It’s super easy to operate and rides very smoothly! I personally don’t need all the 5 levels of assist as I really like a work out but it’s nice to have for steep hills and if my husband and I want to go long distances! He actually has been riding it a lot while waiting for his bike to arrive. He needed a bike with front and rear suspension but has actually been VERY surprised how comfortable the ride is on my premier edition without any suspension! While riding my bike he uses more battery than I do but still hardly uses any battery! That’s GREAT!! The seat is very comfortable as well and overall I couldn’t be more pleased! Oh and I also got the baskets on the rear and the mint helmet! Now we just need to move to a beach community!! Lol
Overall I am so happy with my Bluejay! I had literally spent two years looking for the right eBike—a cute, mom-friendly step thru with the requisite accessories, but also the build to handle hills, carry a toddler, and even hit the gravel path. I’m happy to report that the Bluejay has delivered on all these fronts. Customer service has also been 5-stars, with attention to detail and customer delight. I have had my bike now for two weeks and am really looking forward to many summers with it.
