WARRANTY
We offer a 24 month warranty on our bikes subject to the following terms:
Under normal conditions of use and with adequate storage and maintenance, Bluejay Electric Bikes offers a 2 year warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship, for the entire bicycle and its electrical components. (Exceptions Apply). For batteries, the warranty is valid for 2 years from delivery date.

This warranty only applies to the original owner and, in no case is the Warranty transferable under any circumstances.

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS
The Warranty does not apply and is not covered under the following Exceptions:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Improper assembly.
• Improper follow-up maintenance.
• Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or
• compatible.
• Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, neglect or inappropriate use.
• Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.

This warranty is also void in its entirety in the event of any modification of the frame, fork,or components, including electrical or mechanical by any party other than Bluejay Electric Bikes.

This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item, and said repair or replacement is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty extends from the date of purchase, is offered only to the original owner, and is not transferable.

This warranty applies only to Bluejay Electric Bikes purchased through Bluejay Electric Bikes or an authorized dealer or distributor. Bluejay Electric Bikes is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. Any claim against this with the bicycle as sold warranty must be made through Bluejay Electric Bikes. Proof of purchase is required. A bicycle purchase record must be reconciled with the claim with Bluejay Electric Bikes before a warranty claim may be processed. Claims made outside the country of purchase may be subject to fees and additional restrictions. Warranty duration and detail may differ by frame type and/or by country. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and those rights may vary from place to place. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. The English version of the warranty is what will be valid in the United States of America.
