I lost the key to my battery and/or cafe lock. What should I do?

At this time, Bluejay Electric Bicycles does not offer a key replacement program.

Instead, we ship multiple identical keys for the battery and the cafe lock with each new bicycle. We strongly encourage all owners to set aside a spare set of the original keys in a secure location.

If all of the keys for your battery and/or cafe lock are lost, we recommend calling a locksmith for assistance. Please note, the battery can always be charged while it is locked on the bike, so it may not be necessary to replace its key immediately.
